1 lg. can pears 1 lg. can peaches or apricots 1 lg. can chunk pineapple 1 sm. jar red cherries 1 stick butter 3/4 c. light brown sugar 1 tsp. curry powder Drain fruit thoroughly. Mix in baking dish. Melt butter, add sugar and curry powder. Pour over fruit. Bake 1 hour at 325 degrees, uncovered. Very good with hot chicken salad, serve instead of vegetable. |
