1 c. graham crackers (about 12) 2 tbsp. sugar 1/4 c. butter 1 can (1 lb. size) fruit cocktail 1 pkg. topping mix (Dream Whip) 2 tbsp. lemon juice 1/2 c. miniature marshmallows Mix crackers, sugar and butter and pat in even layer in 8 inch pan. Drain fruit cocktail, make topping according to directions, beat in lemon juice and fold in fruit cocktail and marshmallow, place in crust and freeze 6 hours or overnight, remove from freezer 15 minutes before serving. Serve immediately. 6-6 inch squares servings. |
