1 egg
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. Wesson oil
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. vanilla
1 can fruit cocktail

Mix all above ingredients with hand or electric mixer for 1 minute; except fruit cocktail add last, only slightly drained and mix. Grease (but don't flour) 13x9 pan and bake 350 for 40 to 60 minutes.
