2 cans (30 oz. each) peach slices or other canned fruit, drained (reserve 1/4 c. syrup) 3 tbsp. flour 1 1/2 tsp. lemon juice 1/2 tsp. vanilla 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon TOPPING: 1 c. buttermilk biscuit mix 1/4 c. packed brown sugar 1/4 c. butter, softened 2 tbsp. hot water Set power select at high. In square baking dish, combine filling ingredients. In small bowl, combine topping ingredients, stirring until dough pulls away from sides of bowl and forms a ball. Gently spread topping onto filling (topping will spread slightly when cooked). Sprinkle, if desired, with additional cinnamon. Heat 8 to 9 minutes or until topping is set. Let stand to cool. |
