1/3 c. pie filling (apricot, pineapple, or peach) 1 tbsp. lemon juice 2 tsp. prepared mustard 1 tsp. prepared horseradish Meat, broiled (8 lamb chops or 4 pork chops or 1 inch thick ham slice) In small bowl, combine fruit pie filling, lemon juice, mustard, and horseradish; mix well. Spread on hot meat. Return to broiler and broil 1 minute or until topper is heated through. |
