FRENCH CANADIAN PORK PIE
 

1 lb. ground pork blade
3-4 boiled potatoes
Dash of pepper
1 tsp. Bell's seasoning
1 onion, chopped
2 pie crusts for 9 inch plate

Fry pork with the onion until a golden color. Add the seasonings. Mash the potatoes and add to the pork mixture. Put this into the pie shell and add the top crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
