1/2 c. butter 1/2 c. vegetable oil 1 1/2 c. sifted powdered sugar 1 egg 2 c. flour 1 tsp. vanilla 1 tsp. baking soda 1 tsp. cream of tartar Cream butter, oil, sugar and egg. Beat until thick and creamy. Add dry ingredients. Chill for 2 hours or overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes. NOTE: I put chopped pecans in mine. |
