1 pkg. sharp cheddar cheese 1 pkg. Italian link sausage 1 onion, minced 1/2 green pepper, minced 2 sticks celery, minced 1 egg 3/4 c. milk 2 tbsp. flour 1 deep dish pie crust Pinch of parsley Pinch of garlic Salt Pepper Boil sausage; cut into bite-size pieces. Grate cheese; saute vegetables in butter. Mix all of above well. Add flour and stir. Beat milk and eggs together; sprinkle salt, pepper, garlic and parsley over top (for taste). Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. |
