ITALIAN MEATBALLS
 

1 lb. ground meat (beef, veal, and pork)
2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
3 tbsp. spaghetti sauce
1/4 c. Italian style bread crumbs
1 onion, peeled and minced
1 egg, beaten
Sprinkle of Accent
Fresh basil
Fresh oregano
Fresh parsley
Black pepper
1 tbsp. oil
1 jar spaghetti sauce

Mix first 6 ingredients with your hands in a large bowl. Sprinkle with Accent, chopped herbs, and pepper. Mix well. Form meatballs. Heat oil in a frying pan. Brown meatballs. Roll browned meatballs on paper towels to remove excess fat. Pour a small amount of spaghetti sauce in a heavy saucepan. Add meatballs, then cover the meatballs with the remaining sauce. Cover; bring to a boil, then simmer, covered, for 1/2 an hour.
