FRENCH CHEESE OMELET
 

4 slices buttered bread, broken into small pieces and placed in 1 quart dish

Combine: 1 tsp. dry mustard 4 eggs, slightly beaten 2 c. milk 1/2 lb. grated sharp cheese

Pour mixture and cheese over bread and let stand overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 60 minutes until the crust is brown. Put a pan with water underneath quart dish while baking. Serves 6 to 8.
