JANET'S DUTCH OVEN STEAK
 

1 pkg. brown gravy mix
1 1/4 c. water
1 sm. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. chopped mushrooms
4 cube steaks (cut in half)
Salt
Flour
Oil
Bouillon cube

In a crock pot, dissolve gravy mix and bouillon cube in water. Add onion, celery and mushrooms to gravy mix. Dredge salted steak pieces in flour and brown lightly on both sides in oil. Drain and add the meat to the gravy mixture.

Set crock pot on low and let cook 6 hours.
