FRENCH COCONUT PIE
 

1 unbaked pie shell (9 inch)
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter, melted
3 eggs
1 1/3 c. angel flake coconut
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. vinegar

Mix sugar, butter, eggs, vanilla, vinegar together. Blend in coconut. Pour into pie shell. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
