2 c. cut-up fully cooked ham
1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
1/3 c. chopped onion
4 eggs
2 c. milk
1 c. Bisquick baking mix
1/4 tsp. pepper

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Grease 10 inch pie plate. Sprinkle ham, cheese and onion in plate. Beat remaining ingredients until smooth. Pour into plate. Bake until golden brown and knife inserted in center comes out clean, 35-40 minutes, approximately. Cool 5 minutes. Serves 6.
