Hot Italian sausage
Grated Parmesan cheese
Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
Mozzarella cheese, shredded

Roll out dough approximately 1/4 inch. Mix cheeses. Mix meats. Pizza style the toppings. Pepper everything. Roll like jelly roll tightly. Pinch side openings closed. Cut 3-inch rounds. Place one "flower" side face down in palm. Pinch together and smooth other end closed. Bake on cookie sheet in 375 degrees oven until golden brown. Can be reheated in foil in oven or 25-30 seconds in microwave.

NOTE: Oven makes it crispy; microwave makes it chewy.
