ITALIAN LEMON COOKIES
 

10 c. flour
11 tsp. baking powder

Sift flour and baking powder together. 2 c. sugar 1 1/2 c. Crisco oil 2 tbsp. lemon flavor

Mix eggs, sugar, oil and lemon flavor together. Then mix in flour and baking powder. Add extra flour if dough is too sticky to roll into cookie balls. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Frost cookies when cooled. Yield: 50 cookies.

FROSTING:

1 lb. confectioners' sugar
3/4 c. milk
1 tsp. lemon flavor
