FRENCH TOAST "A LA RICHIE"
 

6 slices bread, homemade is the best
2 eggs
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Butter

Mix together eggs, milk, sugar, and cinnamon. Heat griddle; add butter to melt. Dip bread slices, one at a time, into egg mixture. Then cook on hot griddle, adding more cinnamon as each slice cooks. Add more butter to griddle as needed. Keep warm while all slices cook. Serve with warmed fruit syrup. 3 servings.
