ITALIAN MEAT ROLL
 

Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour, 15 minutes.

2 lb. lean ground beef
Prepare meat loaf with spices according to your liking.
8 thin slices boiled ham
6 oz. (1 1/2 c.) shredded Mozzarella cheese
3 slices Mozzarella cheese, halved diagonally

On waxed paper pat meat to a 12 x 10 rectangle. Arrange ham slices atop meat leaving a small margin around edges. Sprinkle shredded cheese over ham. Starting from short end carefully roll up meat using paper to lift seal edges and ends. Place roll seam side down in 13 x 9 x 2 baking pan. Place cheese wedges over top of roll for last 5 minutes or until cheese melts.

This is a good recipe to use turkey instead of beef.
