ITALIAN LOVE CAKE

1 Duncan Hines Marble Cake Mix (mix as directed on box)
2 lb. Ricotta cheese
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. sugar
4 eggs

Grease and flour a 9x13 inch pan. Pour prepared cake mix into pan. In separate bowl mix remaining ingredients. Pour or spoon over cake batter. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and let cool.

TOPPING:

1 pkg. instant Jello chocolate pudding
1 c. milk
8 oz. Cool Whip

Mix instant pudding and milk. Fold in Cool Whip. Spread on cake. Refrigerate.
