STEAK AND PEPPER ITALIAN
 

1 jar Ragu Italian Cooking Sauce
3 lbs. London Broil steak
2 med. green peppers

Preheat broiler. Cut steak in 3/8 inch thick slices. Cut peppers into thin strips. Saute peppers in oil until tender. Add Ragu. Simmer 10 minutes. Broil steak slices 3 minutes on each side. Arrange on platter; spoon sauce over them. Serves 8.
