4 cube steaks Oil for browning 1 (16 oz.) can tomato sauce 1/2 tsp. garlic salt 1/2 tsp. salt 1 1/2 c. Mozzarella cheese (shredded) 1/4 c. burgundy 1/2 tsp. oregano 1/2 tsp. basil 1/2 tsp. pepper 2 tbsp. chopped parsley Parmesan cheese Brown cube steaks in small amount of oil. In small bowl, combine tomato sauce, burgundy, seasonings and parsley. Spread mixture over steaks evenly. Cover and cook 10-15 minutes or until tender. Sprinkle each steak with Mozzarella cheese and Parmesan cheese all over. Cover and cook 2-3 minutes until cheese is melted. |
