1 pkg. lasagne noodles 1 pt. cottage cheese 1/2 pt. sour cream 1 can mushroom soup, do not dilute 1 pkg. frozen spinach, cooked & squeezed dry, chopped 1 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. Lawry's seasoning salt 8 oz. pkg. Mozzarella Some Parmesan cheese 2 onions, sauteed in 1 stick butter Mix the above and layer with the noodles. Pour over top mixture of: 3 eggs 3/4 c. milk 1 tsp. salt Sprinkle with a little Mozzarella and a little more Parmesan cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. |
