GERMAN HAMBURGER
 

1 lb. hamburger meat
1 c. bread crumbs
1/3 c. milk
3 tbsp. catsup
1 egg
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. mustard
1/4 c. raw onions or 1 tbsp. minced dry onion
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce or soy sauce

Knead together and fry patty in hot, greased pan. Flour, if desired before frying.
