OVEN FRENCH TOAST
 

1/4 c. melted butter, butter
1/3 c. fresh orange juice
1 tbsp. honey
4 eggs
1 loaf unsliced or Texas style bread, sliced 1 inch thick

Pour melted butter into 15 x 10 inch jelly roll pan to cover bottom evenly. Place in refrigerator to chill. Whisk orange juice, honey, and eggs in large bowl until blended well. Dip bread into egg mixture and lay out on prepared jelly roll pan. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Next day, heat oven to 400 degrees, bake toast until bottoms are golden brown, 8 to 10 minutes. Turn toast over and bake until tops are golden, 7 to 8 minutes.
