2 tbsp. flour 1 unbaked 9 inch pie shell Cinnamon 3 eggs 3/4 c. sugar 3/4 c. light cream 6 apples, peeled, cored and sliced thin Mix apples with flour; place in pie shell. Sprinkle cinnamon. Mix eggs, sugar and cream together; pour over apples. Bake in 425 degree oven for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 375 degrees; cover pie loosely with foil. Bake for 35 minutes. |
