Spray Pam in cake pan 13 x 9. No flour. 1 c. coconut

Spread this in pan bottom. Then take a box German chocolate cake mix. Make it as directions say. Pour this over top of your nut-coconut mixture. Then for top filling melt: 8 oz. cream cheese, soften this 1 box confectioners' sugar

Add this together and put this on the above. Bake 45 minutes or 50 minutes at 350 degrees.
