Mix and bake as directed in 9x13 pan. 1 jar Mrs. Richardson's Butterscotch Caramel Fudge Topping
While cake is baking, mix above ingredients in saucepan. Stir over low heat until it comes to a boil.
When cake is done, punch holes in cake with wooden spoon handle. Pour hot sauce over hot cake. Let cool.
Spread 8 ounce Cool Whip over top of cake. Sprinkle with 3 crushed Heath bars. Refrigerate.
