3-4 tomatoes 4-5 cloves garlic 1/4 c. olive oil 1/2 tsp. oregano Salt and pepper to taste Plenty of fresh basil
Wash and cut up tomatoes in large bowl (crush garlic). Add garlic, olive oil, oregano, salt, pepper and basil to tomatoes; mix carefully. Refrigerate or put 2-3 ice cubes in bowl and mix.
OPTIONS: Can cut up medium onion and some grated cheese. Great with Italian bread.
