1 1/2 lbs. haddock, cod or any white fish Freshly ground pepper 2 tbsp. butter 1/4 tsp. thyme 1 bay leaf 1 tbsp. finely chopped onion 1 tbsp. finely chopped fresh dill (or 1/2 tsp. dried dill weed) 1/4 tsp. sugar 1/4 c. low calorie mayonnaise 1/4 c. plain low-fat yogurt Parsley Lemon wedges Season fish with pepper and place in a shallow non-stick sprayed dish. Melt butter in saucepan. Add thyme, bay leaf, onion, dill, sugar, mayonnaise, and yogurt. Pour over fish and bake at 350 degrees for about 25 minutes. Remove bay leaf. Garnish with parsley and lemon wedges. |
