1/2 lb. cooked fish 1 tbsp. butter 2 tsp. flour 1/4 pt. milk Salt and pepper Lemon juice 1 lb. cooked yams 1 tbsp. milk Remove skin and bones from the fish and divide it into flakes. Melt butter, add flour and milk to make a sauce. Mix fish lightly with the sauce, salt, and pepper and parsley and lemon juice. Place in a greased pie dish. Mash the cooked yams and blend with milk and butter and salt. Spread or pipe over fish. Brush with 1 tablespoon milk and bake or grill until brown. |
