4 (5 oz.) fish fillets, preferably catfish 1 med. onion, diced 3 cloves garlic, minced 1/2 tbsp. vinegar 1 1/2 tsp. Italian seasonings 1/2 c. water 8 oz. jar sliced mushrooms 1 (8 oz.) can Heinz hot sauce Combine all vegetables and seasonings and cook for 10 to 15 minutes. Lay fish fillets on top of sauce and cook for 5 minutes. Turn the fish over and cook for 5 minutes more or until fish flakes with a fork. Place fillets on a platter. Pour sauce over fish. Serves 4. |
