2 lbs. flounder 3 scallions, chopped 5 to 6 water chestnuts, sliced SAUCE: 1/2 c. soy sauce 1/4 c. oil 2 tbsp. sugar A pinch of salt 2 minced cloves of garlic 2 chopped scallions Place fish pieces in top portion of steamer. Steam for 20 minutes or until fish flakes with fork. When ready, place fish on a platter. Combine ingredients for sauce in a saucepan. Boil for 2 minutes. Pour over fish and serve over rice. |
