FISH OR MEAT CASSEROLE
 

1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen mixed vegetables in butter sauce (cook as directed)
1 can cream of celery soup
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. milk
1/4 c. grated cheese
1 tsp. minced onion
2 c. (4 oz.) cooked med. size egg noodles
1 can tuna or salmon

Cook vegetables as directed. In a 1 1/2 quart casserole, combine the cream of celery soup, mayonnaise, milk, grated cheese and minced onions. Stir in mixed vegetables and egg noodles. Add either tuna or salmon. Meat may be substituted (chicken or ham). Bake, covered at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.
