1/2 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach 1/2 pkg. (3 oz.) cream cheese 1/2 tbsp. minced onion 1/8 tsp. salt Dash pepper 1/2 tsp. lemon juice 2 fish fillets (12 oz.) Paprika Microwave spinach on high 2 to 3 minutes to thaw. Drain, place in a 2 cup glass measure add cream cheese. Microwave on high 30 to 45 seconds or until cheese is soft. Stir in onion, salt, pepper and lemon juice. Spoon mixture into center of each fillet. Fold over. Place seam side down in a small baking dish. Sprinkle with paprika. Cover with waxed paper. Microwave on high 4 to 5 minutes or until fish flakes apart easily with a fork. |
