ALASKA BBQ SALMON
 

1 salmon steak per person
Season to taste

BASTING:

Mix: 1/4 c. butter 2 tbsp. lemon juice (fresh lemon when available)

Melt basting mix on low heat.

Place salmon steaks on hot BBQ grill or place in broiler pan under broiler. Baste every two minutes with brown sugar, lemon and butter mixture. Cook at least 6 minutes per side depending on thickness.
