2 lb. flounder or pollack fillets or any white fish 2 c. chopped tomatoes (fresh) 1/2 c. chopped green pepper 1/2 c. lemon juice 1 tbsp. olive oil 2 tsp. salt 3 tsp. minced onion 1/2 tsp. minced garlic 1 1/2 tsp. basil leaves Black pepper 4 drops red pepper sauce 1/8 tsp. red cayenne pepper Mix everything together and spoon over fish.
