1/2 c. water 2 tbsp. lemon juice 1/8 tsp. chicken granules 2 (4-6 oz.) halibut steaks 1 tbsp. butter 1 tbsp. capers Black pepper to taste Chopped parsley for garnish Cooked noodles (opt.) Bring water and lemon juice to boil in medium size skillet. Stir in chicken granules. Reduce heat to simmer, place halibuts in pan. Cover and simmer over low heat 10 minutes per inch of thickness or until fish flakes when tested. Remove fish from pan, keep warm. |
