1 whole catfish Milk 2 to 4 tbsp. Andy's Fish Breading Vegetable oil Dip fish in milk, then coat with fish breading. Place fish in a large heavy skillet containing 1/2 inch hot oil. Fry until fish is brown on underside. Carefully turn fish over and brown second side. Cook 9 to 15 minutes in all, depending on the thickness of the fish. Serve immediately. Yields 1 serving. |
