PAN FRIED FISH
 

Cut fish portions into serving sizes. In a small plastic bag, combine: 1 tsp. salt 1/2 c. flour

Place fish portions in the plastic bag with the cornmeal mixture. Close the top of the bag tightly and shake. Place the coated fish portions in a frying pan with 1/3 to 1/2 cup cooking oil. Heat over medium heat for 6-8 minutes on each side.
