1/2 c. butter 2 lb. orange roughy fillets 1 egg, beaten 1 c. cracker crumbs 1 tsp. seasoned salt 1/4 tsp. pepper Melt butter in baking dish. Dip fillets in egg, then in mixture of cracker crumbs, seasoned salt and pepper. Put each fillet in baking dish turning to coat with butter. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown. |
