OVEN BAKED FISH

2 lbs. fresh fish
1/2 c. skim milk
3/4 c. bread crumbs (I use Fryin Magic crumbs)
3 tbsp. butter, melted
1 tsp. paprika

Wash and dry fillets with paper towels. Melt butter. Spray baking pan with lite Pam. Preheat oven to 500 degrees. Dip fillets in skim milk and then in crumbs. Place fillets in pan, right side up (not touching if possible). Pour melted butter over fillets and sprinkle with paprika. Place in oven and bake, uncovered, 10 to 12 minutes until fish flakes when touched with fork. Serve with lemon wedges. Delicious and low in cholesterol. Quick and nutritious.
