1 lb. cod, flounder or scrod 1/2 c. lowfat milk 1 c. bread crumbs 1/4 c. flour Lemon 2 tbsp. melted butter Grease a 9 x 13 inch pan. Clean fish. Mix bread crumbs and flour. Dredge fish into milk, then bread crumb mixture. Place in pan. Top with melted butter and lemon. Bake at 400 degrees for 35 minutes. |
