LEMON-FRIED FISH STEAKS
 

Fish steaks
Vegetable oil or bacon fat
Flour or fine cornmeal
Salt & lemon pepper
1 tsp. lemon juice

Add enough vegetable oil or fat to cover bottom of the pan, and preheat pan. Season flour with salt and lemon pepper and coat steaks with flour. Fry fish steaks about four to six minutes per side, depending on thickness.
