1 pkg. Chorizo, pork or beef 1 dozen eggs 1 pkg. flour tortillas, taco size 1 pt. salsa Butter 6 slices bread Remove skins from Chorizo and place in large skillet. Over medium high heat, cook Chorizo stirring frequently. To remove fat, place bread slices on top and let them soak up fat, turn using spatula, discard. Add eggs and blend well. Serve with heated tortillas, butter and salsa. Great breakfast when camping. |
