EGGS PORTUGAL a la Jack Walsh
 

Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. 12x8 inch pan or dish sprayed with Pam. Serves 8 to 12. Prepare day before. 3/4 lb. Cheddar cheese, shredded or cubed 3/4 lb. sausage, 1 pkg. Jimmy Dean, brown and drain 4 eggs, beaten 2 1/2 c. milk 3/4 tsp. dry mustard

Layer first 3 ingredients in greased pan in that order.

Combine beaten eggs, milk and mustard and pour over above. Let stand overnight covered in refrigerator.

Before cooking spread 1 can of undiluted cream of mushroom soup over all. Sprinkle 1 ounce sweet Vermouth over all, if desired.
