1/2 head cabbage, cut fine (your potato peeler works great) 1 sm. onion, cut fine DRESSING: 3 tbsp. sugar 3 tbsp. vinegar 2 tbsp. salad oil 1 tsp. salt Shake these together in a jar until sugar is dissolved and all is completely blended. Combine dressing with cabbage and let stand in refrigerator for at least an hour. Several hours makes it even better. |
