SPINACH ARTICHOKE DIP

1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed, drained
1 sm. jar marinated artichoke hearts, drained
1 sm. can diced Ortega chilies

Mix ingredients. Warm through in oven or microwave. Serve with crackers.
