4 oz. whipping cream 3 tbsp. butter 1/3 c. granulated sugar 1/3 c. dark brown sugar, firmly packed Pinch of salt 1/2 c. cocoa powder Melt butter in cream over low heat. Stir until cream comes to low boil. Add sugars and stir until dissolved. Add salt and cocoa powder; stir until smooth. Remove from heat. Serve immediately or reheat slowly, stirring frequently. |
