1/4 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. water
1/4 c. sugar
4 tsp. vegetable oil
1 tsp. pepper

Mix well. Place steaks in a container with lid. Pour marinade over steaks. Let set for at least 3 hours. Cook on hot grill. (Tenderizes steaks.)
