SPINACH SALAD WITH SWEET DRESSING
 

1 lb. raw spinach
2 hard cooked eggs, chopped
6-8 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
1 lg. can mandarin oranges, drained
1 c. mushrooms, sliced
Croutons
Sunflower seeds

DRESSING:

1/2 c. oil
1/4 c. wine vinegar
1 tbsp. Hungarian paprika
2 tbsp. ketchup
1/3 c. white sugar
1 sm. chopped onion
1/2 tsp. salt
6 tbsp. roasted sesame seeds

Thoroughly rinse spinach, pat dry and tear into bite sized pieces. Toss greens lightly with eggs, bacon, orange segments, mushrooms, croutons and sunflower seeds.

Combine dressing ingredients (oil, vinegar, paprika, ketchup, sugar, onion, salt and sesame seeds) in small jar; shake.

Dressing is better when made a day or two before using.
