4 oz. prosciutto 6 oz. sliced mushrooms 1/2 tsp. fresh garlic 2 oz. olive oil 2 oz. prepared pesto sauce 2 oz. brandy 2 pinches black pepper 1 pinch salt 1 c. whipping cream 10 oz. fresh linguini or 4 or 5 oz. dry pasta Heat olive oil in saute pan. Add mushrooms and cook 2 minutes. Add garlic, pesto, salt and pepper and toss. Add brandy and cook 30 seconds. Add Prosciutto and creme and reduce to saucy consistency. |
